it's perfect place for visiting some must see attractions in exeter. wonderful host running the hotel. the bed was comfy, no problems with sleep. near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

Booked a standard queen room with a heating system, a seating area and a work desk. We really loved it and did not want to leave.
